Lead Android Developer  
Bogdan has 7+ years of experience in software development and joined Pepper almost 4 years ago. He is responsible for keeping our android app running smoothly and improving it.

**Andrii Bartieniev**  
Lead Web Developer  
Andrii started working as a web developer over 5 years ago, and mostly works front-end. He developed the main part of the Pepper portal and web-app, after finding his passion during his Software Engineering degree at university.

**Dominic Rathbone**  
Platform Lead  
Dom has over 6 years of experience in building cloud native services and leads the Platform team, ensuring the Pepper platform stays humming along.

**Ben Pike**  
Developer  
After graduating from university, Ben pivoted into the world of software engineering. Having joined the team two years ago, he works on developing and maintaining the platform, ensuring the continued smooth operation of Pepper’s services.

**Joao Pedro**  
Junior Developer  
João joined the Platform team in 2021. He works with the UK and US teams to develop new features, fix bugs, and ensure the platform stays in working order.

**Karthik Naik**  
QA Lead  
Karthik has 8+ years experience in software testing and Quality Assurance. The QA team use manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of mobile, web and API development.

**Deepak Sarath**  
Junior QA  
Deepak Sarath works as a Quality Engineer, he has 3+ years Experience on software testing. As a QA Engineer Ensures the Quality of the Mobile app, Web and API.

**Paisley Scott**  
Lead Client Marketing Manager  
Paisley has worked in Financial Technology and transitioned into Hospitality. As Lead Client Marketing Manager, she focuses on fostering strong client relationships and leading effective marketing strategies for Pepper's clients.

**Chloe Dale**  
Marketing Manager  
Chloe recently graduated from university, studying for a masters in global strategy and innovation. She has worked in hospitality since 2018 and now focuses on building relationships and ensuring success with clients, as well as supporting other marketing activities at Pepper.

**Daniel Sweeney**  
Business Analyst  
Daniel is a business and commercial analyst with 15 years experience working within FMCG companies - specialising in reporting and data analysis. He provides first line reporting support to the Pepper Marketing team, as well as project and data support to merchants.

**Kermit Austin**  
US VP Business Development  
Kermit has 16 years experience in hospitality solutions. He created and ran Powercard, prior to selling to and joining Pepper.

**Dominic Rosenfeld**  
Commercial Director  
Dom has worked in hospitality technology for over five years, with a deep understanding of how ordering and loyalty solutions benefit different businesses.

Head of Sales  
Jamie has over 10 years of experience in providing digital solutions to the hospitality industry. With a passion for working with the most exciting and progressive brands, he is responsible for driving new business and growth at Pepper.

Alberto has worked in hospitality technology since 2014. As a project manager, he implements solutions, manages relationships with merchants and ensures the successful rollout of new features and functionality.

**Will Bowden**  
Lead Project Manager  
Will has worked alongside some of Pepper’s biggest clients in various capacities. Primarily focusing on Project Management, Will has also taken on responsibilities in Account Management and providing operational consultation.

**Lauren McQueen**  
Project Manager  
Lauren works with clients both in the UK and internationally to oversee the implementation of iOS, Android and web apps. Lauren is also part of the Support Team, providing post live support to merchants and end users.

**Louisa Nathaniel**  
Product Delivery Manager  
As a product delivery manager, Louisa focuses her attention on delivering mobile and web app features, ensuring that they meets Pepper's merchants' needs and are of high quality.

**Harry Jones**  
Product Analyst  
Harry completed his Masters degree in Data Science during the summer of 2021. He then joined the Product team later in the year - focusing on the data analytic capabilities of the Pepper Console.
